Cancellations & Returns
Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled or amended. Please check your shipping address carefully.
As all prints are made to order, refunds or exchanges are not available. If a print arrives damaged, email within 24 hours with images of the packaging and print.

Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for handmade furniture pieces to be dispatched, and 3-7 working days for décor pieces.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Notify Us: Please email hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return.
2. Wait for Confirmation: Our Customer Care Team will confirm your request and provide the specific return address for your item. Do not return Marketplace items to the Tinker & Tot address.
3. Return Window: Returns must be received within 14 days of your return notification.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• In their original, unused condition.
• In their original product packaging (not the outer shipping carton).
• Complete with all tags and labels intact.
• The package must include your order reference inside the return package.

Postage & Liability:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit before they reach our partner.
