Placing an Order

By shopping with us, you agree to our terms and conditions. These may be updated from time to time, so please check before placing your order. When you order, you’re confirming that your details are true and complete.

Order Process

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll get a confirmation email with your order summary. Your order isn’t final until it’s been dispatched – you’ll receive a second email when it’s on its way. If your order includes items sent separately, each shipment forms its own contract.

Availability & Pricing

We do our best to keep stock info and pricing up to date, but sometimes errors happen. If we spot an issue with your order, we’ll let you know right away.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

Need to make a change? Email us at hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk within 1 hour of ordering (during business hours). Once an order begins processing, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

Payments

We accept all major payment methods and run checks to protect against fraud. If payment is declined, the order won’t be processed.

We also offer flexible finance:

Klarna: Pay in 30 days or split the cost into 3 interest-free instalments. Klarna Terms.

Clearpay: Split your purchase into 4 instalments, payable every 2 weeks. Clearpay Terms.

Shop Pay: Pay in 3 interest-free instalments for orders over £50.00. Shop Pay Terms.

These are subject to each provider’s terms.

Discounts & Offers

Promo codes apply to new online orders only and can’t be combined. Some exclusions apply (e.g sale items & books). If part of your order is returned, the value of the discount will be adjusted accordingly.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are sent digitally and valid for 12 months. They can be used on any item on our website but can’t be refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

Competitions & Giveaways

Open to UK & Ireland residents aged 18+. Winners will be contacted within 14 days of the giveaway closing. Prizes can’t be exchanged or transferred. These promotions aren’t sponsored or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or any third party.

Your Data & Privacy

We only use your information to fulfil your order or help with your purchase. We’ll never sell your details. We don’t store your card info. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Legal Bits

These terms are governed by English law. If any part is found invalid, the rest still stands. Our liability is limited to the value of your order (except where the law says otherwise).
