Shipping policy
At Tinker & Tot, we know how exciting it is to receive a parcel full of play and wonder, especially when it’s something special for the little ones in your life. That’s why we aim to get your order on its way quickly and with plenty of care.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12pm BST Monday to Friday will begin processing the same day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 0-2 working days of purchase. During especially busy periods (such as seasonal holidays, sales, or new collection launches) there may be a short delay, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving swiftly.
If we experience any unexpected disruptions or delays, we’ll share updates on our website so you always know what to expect.
UK Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery transit time is 2-5 business days (Mon-Fri). See below for further information.
We currently use Royal Mail and Evri for deliveries. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within the timeframes shown in our delivery options:
• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail): 2–5 working days
• Faster Delivery (Royal Mail): 1–2 working days
• Parcel Shop Delivery (Evri): 2–3 working days
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is packed and the shipping label is created, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
If you won’t be home for Standard or Faster Delivery, you can set a safe place or nominate a trusted neighbour through the courier’s tracking link.

We offer flat-rate shipping across the UK:
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48)
• Orders under £25: £3.50
• Orders £25 and over: FREE
Faster Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24)
• Orders under £25: £4.95
• Orders £25 and over: £1.50
Parcel Shop Delivery (Evri)
• Orders under £25: £3.95
• Orders £25 and over: FREE
Channel Islands Delivery

Overseas Delivery
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer shipping from our UK store to the United States. All international orders are tracked for your peace of mind.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and/or value of your order and your destination.
• United States: Shipping starts at £25.00. (Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days).
Please note: The exact shipping total will be displayed in your shopping cart before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
• United States: Orders are sent Delivered Duty Partially Paid. While we cover the primary Customs Duty Fee, please note that local state tariffs or processing fees may still apply upon arrival.
Should an overseas order be returned to us due to non-payment of local charges, non-collection, failure to rearrange a missed delivery, or an incorrect delivery address, the customer will be responsible for any return costs. In these cases, only the products themselves will be eligible for a refund once received back in good condition.
Collection
Collection is available from Anlaby Common, Hull, UK. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we’ll send you a confirmation when yours is prepared. Please message us to arrange a collection time. Don’t forget to bring proof of purchase.

• We currently ship to UK mainland, Channel Islands, and selected overseas destinations (as listed above).
