Delivery Details

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. During busy times (like holidays or launches), dispatch may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated on our website.

Delivery Timeframes (UK Mainland)

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48): 2–5 working days

• Faster Delivery (Royal Mail 24): 1–2 working days

• Parcel Shop Delivery (Evri): 2–3 working days

All delivery timeframes are after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order is packed.

For Royal Mail deliveries, you can also set a safe place or nominate a neighbour via the tracking.

For Evri deliveries, your order will be sent to the Evri Parcel Shop nearest to your address. Prefer a specific shop? Just add a note at checkout or reply to your order confirmation email.

•  Standard Delivery: £3.50 (FREE over £40)

•  Faster Delivery: £4.95 (£1.50 over £40)

•  Parcel Shop Delivery: £3.95 (FREE over £40)


Collection

Collection is available from Anlaby Common, Hull, UK. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, and we’ll send you a confirmation when yours is prepared.

Please message us to arrange a collection time. Don’t forget to bring proof of purchase.

Collection excludes Marketplace items, which are shipped directly from our suppliers.


Marketplace Orders

Some items on our website are sent directly from our trusted suppliers. These may:

• Arrive separately from the rest of your order

• Take slightly longer to arrive

• Be tracked via a different courier, if applicable

We’ll always note on the product page if an item is dispatched by a supplier, and the estimated timeframe.

Pre-Orders

Some items on our website are available to pre-order. These may:

• Dispatch from the date shown on the product page

• Delay the rest of your order, as all items ship together once ready

• Arrive separately if your order includes Marketplace items (sent by our suppliers)

We’ll always note on the product page if an item is a pre-order and provide the estimated dispatch date.
