Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we're happy to help.

We accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of receipt and return items within 14 days of your request. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. 

Marketplace orders may need to be returned directly to the supplier — please contact us for the correct return address.

How to Return

• Email hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return an item.

• Return your item(s) within 14 days of notifying us when your return is approved.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

• Include your order number inside the parcel.

You’ll need to cover return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service. Please don’t attach labels directly to the product packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.


Marketplace Orders

When ordering a Marketplace item, the product page will clearly indicate that the item is fulfilled by a third-party supplier. Returns must follow the process outlined above and be sent to the specific supplier address we provide after your return request.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right with your order, let us know within 7 days by emailing hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of any damage (including the packaging).

We’ll work quickly to resolve it with you depending on the situation it may be repaired or replaced. If an item is returned for a refund, we will check the item and we will process the refund, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.


Non Refundable Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of the following items unless faulty:

  1. Beds and bedding (including mattresses, blankets, and cushions)
  2. Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery
  3. Sanitary products, nappies, and accessories
  4. Furniture or products that have been partially or fully assembled
  5. Gift cards are non refundable once purchased.

These exceptions do not apply to goods that arrive damaged or faulty.
