We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind, we're happy to help.
We accept returns if you contact us within 14 days of receipt and return items within 14 days of your request. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
How to Return
• Email hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return an item.
• Return your item(s) within 14 days of notifying us when your return is approved.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.
• Include your order number inside the parcel.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage (at the customer's expense), and we recommend using a tracked service. Please do not attach labels directly to the product packaging.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, and we do not charge any restocking fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be issued back to your original method of payment made at the checkout.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something isn’t right with your order, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, by emailing hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos of any damage (including the packaging).
We’ll work quickly to resolve it with you depending on the situation it may be repaired or replaced. If an item is returned for a refund, we will check the item and we will process the refund, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited back to your original method of payment.
Non Refundable Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of the following items unless faulty:
- Beds and bedding (including mattresses, blankets, and cushions)
- Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery
- Sanitary products, nappies, and accessories
- Furniture or products that have been partially or fully assembled
- Gift cards are non refundable once purchased.
These exceptions do not apply to goods that arrive damaged or faulty.
