2. Wait for Confirmation: Our Customer Care Team will confirm your request and provide the specific return address for your item. Do not return Marketplace items to the Tinker & Tot address.
3. Return Window: Returns must be received within 14 days of your return notification.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• In their original, unused condition.
• In their original product packaging (not the outer shipping carton).
• Complete with all tags and labels intact.
• The package must include your order reference inside the return package.

Postage & Liability:

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We strongly advise using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit before they reach our partner.
