Made from cloud-soft fabric with embroidered details, Flopsy is part keychain, part cuddle, all character.

Due to small parts, this Cozy Bag Charm is only suitable for ages 3+.

Returned items must be:

• In their original, unused condition
• In their original packaging (not the outer carton used for shipping)
• Complete with all tags and labels intact

Please include your order reference inside the return package. We strongly advise packaging your return securely, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
