Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. We are always working to expand our delivery options, so if your country isn’t listed or you need any help, please feel free to get in touch.
For orders to the USA, shipping prices already include some customs fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are sent with tracked shipping, most commonly via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and send the items back within 14 days of your return request.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
All items must be returned at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as Tinker & Tot cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Can I exchange an item?
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for your preferred item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us by email as soon as possible and include photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
