Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.
• Pre-order items: These will be dispatched around the timeframe stated on the product listing.
• Marketplace items: These are sent directly by trusted partners, so dispatch times may vary. The expected timeframe will always be noted on the product listing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available. We are always working to expand our delivery options, so if your country isn’t listed or you need any help, please feel free to get in touch.
For orders to the USA, shipping prices already include some customs fees.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are sent with tracked shipping, most commonly via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You’ll receive an email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
For marketplace items, tracking and delivery methods may vary depending on the partner sending the order.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and send the items back within 14 days of your return request.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For marketplace orders, items may need to be returned directly to the supplier. Please contact us and we’ll provide the correct return address.
Can I exchange an item?
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for your preferred item.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us by email as soon as possible and include photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item so we can help resolve the issue quickly.
