Bitty POP! collectibles are packaged in hard acrylic cases with detachable bottom lids. Detachable bottom lids double as acrylic bases, to which the Bitty POP! collectibles are adhered.

Vinyl figures are approximately 2.3 cm tall. Acrylic keychain cases and acrylic magnetic cases are approximately 3.3 cm W x 4.1 cm H x 3 cm D and fit all standard Bitty POP! cases. Bitty POP! Keychains are approximately 7.6 cm long.

If you wish to return an item, please email hello@tinkerandtot.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us of your intent to return. Returns must be received within 14 days of your notification.

Returned items must be:

• In their original, unused condition
• In their original packaging (not the outer carton used for shipping)
• Complete with all tags and labels intact

Please include your order reference inside the return package. We strongly advise packaging your return securely, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit.
